Session #1 9:00 to 9:45 a.m.
Session #2 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Firefighters protect the public by responding to fires and other emergencies. They are frequently the first emergency personnel on the scene of an accident. Firefighting is risky business, requiring courage, the ability to quickly evaluate a situation and physical strength.,The a desire to help others is the primary reason most men and women become a firefighter/EMT.
Join us on December 3rd when members of the Fire Chief and a Firefighter/EMT share the education and training necessary to enter careers in fire safety and discuss real-life experiences encountered on the job. Participating students will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues with Fire Chief Walter Hower and Firefighter/EMT Geoff Kuzas.
