Fish oil supplements are the most commonly consumed supplements in the U.S., creating an industry worth $2.5 billion a year. But this month, a new study found fish oil pills do little to improve heart health. And just last month, a landmark study hailing the benefits of the Mediterranean diet for cardiovascular health was also called into question. Be Well reporter Lecia Bushak sat down with Morning Edition host Glenn Forbes to sort through some of the confusion.
