Another deadline looms in Washington this week, as lawmakers again work to pass a spending bill that will avoid a government shutdown. Among the many issues hanging in the balance: funding for community health centers.

Ohio's payday lending law is generally regarded as one of the nation's toughest. So why then are so many people in financial straits, with blame still being placed on this practice?

And the war on lead poisoning continues, with a new testing program soon to roll out to every school in the city of Cleveland.
