Former OSU Player Sues Alma Mater; The Debate Over The Death Penalty; CASA Program Needs Volunteers

Death penalty opponents make last minute appeals to Governor Sasich, as Ohio prepares to carry out its first execution in three years.

Former OSU Buckeyes star Chris Spielman is suing his alma mater. It's on behalf of past and current players accusing the school of profiting, by exploiting their images.

And, could you help advocate for our region's most vulnerable children?  The CASA program needs volunteers to speak up for the kids.
