RTA Board Votes Down Tax Levy; Harrison Dillard; Popular Items At Area Libraries

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority Board of Trustees voted not to put a tax levy on the ballot this November.  What this means for the future of the cash strapped RTA, its riders and the community. 

On August 6, 1948, a Clevelander took the gold medal at the Olympics. But that is not the only reason to celebrate Harrision Dillard.
