Temple Grandin Says To Help A Child With Autism, Focus On Talents – Not Deficits

Doctor Temple Grandin is 'perhaps' one of the best known people in this country - who has autism.

She's a professor of animal science at Colorado State University, but also a prominent author and speaker on animal behavior; 'and' on autism.

By writing and speaking about her experiences as a person with autism, she has increased understanding of the condition .. And she's given voice to members of the autism community who are sometimes challenged to make themselves heard.
