Zack Reed Jumps into Mayor Race; Cleveland City Council Approves Q Deal; Medical Capital Innovation Competition

ideastream's Nick Castele talks about how the Cavs swept city council off its feet  by sweetening the deal for the Quicken Loans Arena upgrade. And Council then finally  approved spending $88 million needed to complete the funding.

City councilman Zack Reed still voted no on the Q deal. He stops by to talk about  why and then explains why he's joining the crowded field in Cleveland's Mayoral race.

And speaking of running for office, Governor John Kasich says it's highly unlikely he'll do so in 2020.
Unless - duty calls.
