A plus: Greeview Upper Elementary 4th Graders

Read the script:

And this week, we wanna give our A+ out to a class of students taking learning to the next level. They are 4th grade students at Greenview Upper Elementary in South Euclid.

They used their Chromebooks and library resources to research the six historic Indian tribes of Ohio. Those tribes are: the Shawnee, Miami, Wyandot, Delaware, Ottawa, and Mingo. The students worked in groups of three to five to prepare Google slides, skits, posters, and dioramas to teach their classmates what they discovered.

According to their teacher, Heather Roberts, the students enjoyed learning about the historic Indians' homes, clothing, food, recreation, lifestyles, and their different customs. Mrs. Roberts wrote to us to say that she wanted the students to be recognized for their cooperation, teamwork, enthusiasm, and of course their love of learning.

Well, those are exactly the kind of qualities we want to recognize too. So, for sharing their great work, and work ethic, with us, we're giving this week's A+ to the 4th graders in Mrs. Roberts class! By the way, NewsDepth visited that school a few years ago. Glad to see they're still doing well.
