Some Ohio lawmakers are backing legislation that calls for a Convention of the States to be called to potentially amend the U-S Constitution.  Supporters say the move is needed to rein in the spending and the power of the federal government and return control to the states. Opponents worry such a move could lead to wholesale changes to our founding document.
