Shall We Keep the Grand Jury?

State Senator Sandra Williams has reached her verdict: the Grand Jury system, she says, must be abolished because those juries are too secretive and too powerful. Prosecutors say the secrecy is intentional to protect the accused before they're actually charged with a felony.
