It's "Made in America week" or at least that is what President Donald Trump has declared. We are always championing local businesses on our show and today we have a business owner who was invited by President Trump to show off his American-made shovels twice this week in Washington D.C. After we dig in with the owner of Bully Tools in Steubenville, we'll turning the soil with some local farmers. Did the corn hit knee-high by fourth of July and just when can we expect those juicy crops to hit the farmers market?
Finally, we'll round out the hour saying goodbye to Bill Denihan. He's held numerous public positions including acting director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Acting Cleveland Police Chief, Public Service Director for the City of Cleveland…but he's finally retiring from his spot as CEO of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County. Will he really be able to put his feet up after so many years of service? We'll ask. And we'll meet his successor Valeria Harper as she steps into his big shoes.
