Understanding The Eviction Legal Process; Student Protests; Brackets And Basketball

The process of eviction can move fast.  An estimated 11,000 civil case filings were made in Cleveland's housing court last year--most of those for eviction and most initiated because the tenant did not pay the rent.     We are joined by Cleveland Housing Court Judge Ronald O'Leary.  Plus, could increasing representation for tenants in eviction matters change outcomes?   Later, it's March so for many that mean brackets and basketball.  But it also means  distracted workers and lost productivity.  What's a boss or employee to do?
