Rajiv Joseph
Cleveland native and award-winning playwright Rajiv Joseph's new virtual play, " Red Folder," is presented by the Steppenwolf Theatre Company and narrated by Tony-nominated actor Carrie Coon. Illustrated by Joseph, the drama surrounds a boy taking vengeance on the source of all his woes - his first grade folder.
Summit Artspace
The Fresh 2021 Juried Art Exhibition is one of five virtual exhibits presented online by Summit Artspace through March 27. Curated by Kent artist Kelly Dietrick, the 17th annual juried show aims to offer a fresh perspective and challenge the viewer.
The Bop Stop
The Music Settlement's Bop Stop in Ohio City continues its livestream concert series Saturday, January 30, at 8 p.m., as New York saxophonist Steve Kortyka joins forces with Cleveland pianist Jackie Warren. Kortyka and Warren perform an evening of original music and jazz standards on the Bop Stop's Facebook page.
ChamberFest Cleveland
Continuing its online performance series "It Only Takes a Minute," ChamberFest Cleveland shares violist Dimitiri Murrath performing "The 3 G's." The piece is a hybrid of classical, rock and bluegrass music by American composer Kenji Bunch.
Cleveland Play House
Last October, Cleveland Play House suffered the loss of its managing director Kevin Moore to a sudden death at the age of 59. CPH remembers Moore with a virtual celebration of his life featuring tributes from local and national colleagues on Wednesday, February 3, at 7 p.m.
