Good morning, iOpeners, hope you had a Glorious Fourth! It's Friday, July 5, 2019.

Euclid police say they found a boy wandering outside alone Thursday. "Noah Doe," as the police called him, was spotted near North Vine Street and Ljubljana Dr. The boy is about three years old.

All-Star Game festivities begin today in Downtown Cleveland. Special events are planned in MLB Play Ball Park inside the Huntington Convention Center and outside on the Mall. Attractions include a zip line, batting and pitching cages, autograph booths and live music. Both sites open at 10 a.m. The amusement park will be open through Tuesday, the day of the All-Star Game at Progressive Field

A man wanted on multiple counts of rape, kidnapping and child endangerment has been apprehended after he failed to appear in court. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force says Surfin Percy was found at a home in Navarre in Stark County. Officials say he tried to run from the marshals, who chased him down and arrested him. Percy, a former part-time Woodmere police officer, was indicted a year ago. He will remain at the Stark County Jail until he can be transferred to Cuyahoga County’s jail.

The Indians swept the Royals with an 8-4 victory. Jose Ramirez, who has just five home runs this season, added two during the series finale at Kauffman Stadium. Francisco Lindor drove in three runs. The Indians have won nine of their last 12 games.
