About a year from now, Ohio will elect a new governor.
The field is already crowded; with four republicans and five democrats having announced their candidacies.
One of the democrats, is Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley.
She spoke at the City Club of Cleveland Thursday.
Nan Whaley is an Indiana native who moved to Ohio to attend the University of Dayton-- and stayed here.
She is serving her second term as Dayton's mayor.
