Your Answers: How do you stay connected to your friends, family, and community?

We meet a photographer keeping her community connected with "porch portraits." Now we want to know: How do you stay connected to your friends, family, and community?

I stay connected by being a Girl Scout and selling Girl Scout cookies, and doing service projects. My Girl Scouts and I are making new animal habitats to put around for butterflies, squirrels, and birds.

— Livy, Orchard Hill Intermediate

I stay connected to my family by devices! Since I live with my grandparents I stay connected to my mom and dad with my phone by calling them and my other family members.

— Mia, St. Mary School German Village

I stay connected to my friends, family, and community by sending text messages and just simply giving them a call. That way, I can keep in touch and stay close to my best buddies, no matter how far away I am from them.

— Arzan, Northwest Online School

How I stay connected to my family, and friends is using technology. When I use technology I would face time, call, or zoom my family and friends. I cant really stay connected to my community because they social distance and usually stay inside to stay warm because there is a lot of snow

— Aubree, Jefferson Elementary School
