400 Years Since First Slave Ships Came to America; Woody's Order

Credit: Bakhur Nick/shutterstock

Four hundred years ago this week, the first ship carrying enslaved Africans landed in Virginia, the slaves sold to colonists. We'll talk with writer and editor Jazmine Hughes and invite you to engage in conversation on The Sound of Ideas.
