ACLU Recommends Changes For Mayor's Courts; Celebrating RBG In Song

The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio says the state's 300 mayor's courts must be reformed and in several big counties, including Cuyahoga, they should be eliminated. The ACLU says these courts, which deal mostly with traffic violations, are more interested in profit than justice and its report released this week found racial disparities and a lack of transparency.  Later, Ruth Bader Ginsberg's daughter-in-law is in Cleveland to celebrate the Supreme Court Justice in song.
