Cleveland Law Would Enforce FAA Drone Rules

Drones can be used for government or professional work, surveying a parcel of land for development, for example. But increasingly, the ones purchased for recreation and entertainment are getting attention. They look like a lot of fun, but can they be a safety hazard, a nuisance, even a potential invasion of your privacy?  Earlier this year the Federal Aviation Administration implemented a registry to help keep track of all the drones. Now the City of Cleveland has put a law on the books to help enforce those FAA rules.
