February 18 is the voter registration deadline for the Ohio Primary in March. The primary falls on Saint Patrick's Day and that is presenting a range of challenges for voters, voter rights groups and polling locations. More than 26,000 voters in Cuyahoga County will have a different polling location for the primary. For some of those the change in location will be permanent. We will discuss the polling site changes as well as efforts that will be take to make sure those who want to vote, can vote in the primary. Then, Diane Rehm discusses her new book, "When My Time Comes."
