Fentanyl: First Time Often Last Time for Users

Fentanyl has been labeled a public health crisis in Cuyahoga County due to the alarming spike in deaths last year. The alarm grew louder in the past month as four separate clusers of  overdose deaths added up to more than 40 people dead.   Summit and Stark counties are also being particularly hard hit by fentanyl-related deaths.
