The Ohio Constitution grants communities the right of home-rule, the power and flexibility to pass their own laws. But a number of times, the state legislature has passed laws overriding local ones. Which law prevails? In most cases, the Ohio Supreme Court has sided with the state. We'll dig into the issue of home rule this hour and we welcome your input.
