We're spending time with each of the six candidates for Ohio governor. The primary election is May 8th. Nonpartisans will have to wait until the November election to choose from the two nominees who emerge from the primaries.
On this program we talked to State Senator Joe Schiavoni. He's one of the four Democrats in the primary.
Mr. Schiavoni is a former worker's compensation lawyer and a Golden Gloves boxer who represents the Youngstown area in the state senate and was the first Democrat to declare his candidacy for Governor. His running mate is Board of Education Member Stephanie Dodd.
We asked questions supplied by Ideastream listeners via Facebook, Twitter, email and from those calling in during the show.
