Ohio Budget Talks Near Second Deadline; Lawmakers Visit Southern Border

A federal appeals court has heard arguments in a challenge to the Affordable Care Act.  A lower court ruled the entire health care law should be scrapped.   Now the case is before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. While the challenge is split largely among party lines, Ohio's Republican Attorney General stands apart from most of his colleagues.  Then, lawmakers traveled to the U.S.-Mexico border to get a look at what conditions are like for migrant families.  Plus, Ohio lawmakers push the budget talks to the wire --again.
