Ohio Wants Medicaid Recipients to Share in Health Costs

Ohio lawmakers are seeking a waiver that will allow the state to implement a proposal that calls for all adult, non-disabled Medicaid recipients to share the cost of the government provided healthcare.  The state wants Medicaid recipients to pay monthly into health savings accounts to help off-set medical costs.
