Preparations For Reopening Ohio Economy; Parks Work To Provide Recreation And Distancing

Governor Mike DeWine faces increased pressure to reopen the economy and he says Ohio will begin that process on May first. But it won't happen all at once. It will take time to get people back to work, beginning with elective medical procedures. Employers have a lot of work to do to assure a safe place for their employees and customers.  We will get some insight on what employers should be doing now, and once they open.  A bit later in the show we get an update from local park services about efforts  -- sometimes in vain -- to provide space for people to get out of the house while still maintaining physical distance. As it gets warmer, it gets harder.  And we'll look at the dearth of vote-by-mail voters.
