Public Charge Immigration Rule; Major News Media Merger

The Trump administration announced a new rule last week that deems legal immigrants who use or are likely to use public benefits like food stamps or Medicaid a “public charge,” and will be less likely to be granted a green card. Thirteen states have already sued the administration, calling the rule cruel and anti-immigrant. Join us for a discussion on The Sound of Ideas.
