State of Vacation 2018; Lawmakers Plan Vote To End Ohio House Leadership Impasse

We're past the Memorial Day holiday and into June, and for many people that means planning for summer vacations. That is if mom or dad can break away from work. Project Time Off, an initiative created by the travel industry, tracks the number of days workers take off.  Their survey and others find that more than half of workers lose vacation days each year because they don't use them.  We'll discuss some of the reasons workers fail to use vacation days, why the trend seems to be improving after an all-time low average per worker in 2014, and why vacation time is good for businesses and employees.  Later, we'll check in with our team at the dormant Ohio Statehouse. The shutdown amid a leadership battle continues.
