Student Tour Company Files For Bankruptcy; Downtown Growth Raises Transportation Questions

A student tour company that operated for decades in Northeast Ohio is liquidating under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy code. That means canceled school trips for thousands of students. Schools, parents and vendors are owed millions collectively.  Amid the disappointment and the fiscal distress, people are left wondering: What happened to Discovery Tours?  Later, downtown Cleveland is steadily growing as a residential neighborhood.
