Supreme Court Hears Arguments In Gun Case; Cuyahoga County Plastic Bag Ban, Giving Tuesday

Justices heard arguments  in the first gun case to reach the U.S. Supreme Court in nearly a decade.  Those on both sides of the gun debate are closely watching and many anticpated the conservative court might make a profound statement about the Second Amendment. Now, though, it appears the court may punt. Our Matt Richmond, Richmond, Ideastream's Guns & America reporter, explains what it would mean should the court decide the case is moot.  Later, there is a lot of debate about how Cuyahoga County's plastic bag ban will be implemented, and the city of Cleveland may work on its own legislation.
