Ohio voters will decide State Issue One--also known as Marsy's Law.  The issue would add a Crime Victims' Bill of Rights to the Ohio Constitution.  While no one opposes rights for victims there are questions about the issue that has left the American Civil Liberties Union and some others in opposition.   Then as Congress prepares to tackle overhauling the tax system, one program--the Federal Historic Tax Credit may be eliminated.  It has helped cities like Cleveland and Akron transform historic buildings and spur development.  We'll discuss the credit and what happens if it becomes history.
