DeWine State Of The State Speech, Social Services Rejoice At Funding

Gov. Mike DeWine lays out ambitious plans in his first State of the State speech. But just a few hours later, lawmakers dug into his gas tax increase and made some big changes.

 

And kids and families caught in the opioid crisis and those who are trying to help them got good news from DeWine’s spending plans on foster care, children’s services and wrap around services. And they’re talking about how that money can make a difference.
